Dr. Michael Mirmanesh established The Garden Medical Spa, Wellness & Massage to provide residents of Tampa Bay and South Florida with a med spa that emphasizes science-backed treatments that produce consistently excellent results. Our goal is straightforward: Provide the BEST client experience, the BEST treatments, and the BEST results.

We’ve also built a loyal following of clients who rely on us for routine skincare and maintenance treatments. The Garden Medical Spa offers a VIP membership for $150 per month at all Florida locations. It includes priority scheduling, custom swag, and front-of-the-line event booking.
