Dr. Michael Mirmanesh, M.D.

Dr. Michael is a California trained Plastic Surgeon who trained at one of the nation’s top 10 public universities, The University of California Davis. Dr. Michael completed additional cosmetic surgery training in Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, and San Francisco. In addition, Dr. Michael spent time at the Beckman Laser Institute at the University of California Irvine mastering laser physics and laser science. Dr. Michael strongly believes everything in the medical spa must be firmly tested for its safety and efficacy, hence The Garden’s ‘No Fluff – Just Results’® policy.

Dr. Michael is an international expert in neuromodulators (BOTOX), lasers, and injectables having pioneered unique techniques based on natural facial morphology and safety. He has trained hundreds of plastic surgeons and aesthetic providers over the years on the art and science of cosmetic medicine; in addition to being an invited speaker at national and international plastic surgery meetings.

Natacha Christeler is a family practice board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) specializing in all aspects of Aesthetic medical treatments. Natacha is a Master Aesthetic Injector and educator, making her one of the most sought-after practitioners in Florida and the USA. As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Vanessa brings a unique perspective to aesthetic medicine that combines clinical expertise with a an understanding of surgical principles. This background ensures that every procedure is performed with precision, safety, and attention to detail.

Farrah is a licensed Medical Aesthetician and skincare expert with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. She is a native of Pinellas County and proud graduate of Lorraine’s Beauty Academy.  Over the years, Farrah has mastered numerous advanced techniques in order to consistently be leading the aesthetic field along with being certified in using both organic and medical ingredients. Farrah was previously a skin care instructor at the American Institute of Beauty. She takes great pride in educating each client and formulating an individualized skin masterplan.  Farrah has performed thousands of treatments over the years including microneedling, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, brow shaping, and tinting, facial cranial massage, radiofrequency skin tightening, and contouring procedures. She takes pride in pampering her clients and she is readily available to answer your questions.

Carrie Henrich, LME

Carrie Henrich, CME, has practiced as a licensed medical esthetician for 22 years. She prides herself as an expert on 5 star customer service and results-driven skincare. Driven by her inquisitive passion for skin care, Carrie continues to make learning and growing a top priority. She has patients with conditions ranging from hyperpigmentation, acne, rosacea, and ultimately customizes treatments using chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and lymphatic drainage. She also offers customized facials for all skin types, as well as the HydraFacial. Her vast knowledge of clinical skincare and our procedures has made her a valuable liaison in helping patients choose the treatment plan that will give the desired results. She offers complimentary consultations as well as customized medical grade skin care regimens for pre and post cosmetic surgical procedures. 

Julie Derue, CST & LME

Certified Surgical Technologist and Medical Aesthetician

Julie is a certified surgical technologist, having received her certification from Pinellas Technical College. Her passion for facial esthetics led her to obtain a license from the Aesthetics Science Institute in 2015. Originally from Ontario, Canada, Julie ventured through Upstate New York before making Tampa Bay her home in 2016. With a background as a surgical technologist in a New York hospital and other private plastic surgery offices in Tampa Bay, Julie brings a wealth of experience to our team. Beyond her expertise in surgical technology, Julie is a licensed esthetician, seamlessly blending her love for skincare with her surgical know-how at The Garden Medical Spa. When she’s not enhancing your beauty, Julie, an avid hockey fan and player in her youth, enjoys spending her free time at the beach, with family, and exploring new local restaurants and spots.

She prides herself on making lifelong skin goals with clients and is thrilled to pair up with another laser expert, Dr. Michael.

Evelyn has been “dancing” around the massage table since 2001. Having been a professional dancer her entire life she is happy to have found a second career, in massage, that enriches the lives of others as well as her own. Therapeutic, Swedish, Relaxation, Reiki, Reflexology, Cupping, Warm Stone Massage and Active Isolated Stretching make up Evelyn’s massage repertoire. In 2017 she added “Touch to Inform”, a Movement Therapy, using concepts of Feldenkrais (a modality she is very passionate about). Evelyn continues to teach and perform dance locally and started her own dance company in 2017.

When she’s not in the treatment room she loves Pilates, yoga, boating, (with plenty of SPF), attending comedy shows, thrifting, & partaking in continuing education to be the best she can be in the treatment room.
