This patient came to The Garden Medical Spa concerned about horizontal forehead lines caused by repeated facial movement. She wanted her forehead to look smoother and more refreshed while preserving natural expression and avoiding a heavy or “frozen” appearance.

Botox was carefully placed throughout the forehead to relax the overactive muscles responsible for creating visible lines. In the after photo, the forehead appears noticeably smoother, with softened creases and a more rested overall appearance. Her natural facial features and ability to express emotion remain intact.

Successful forehead Botox requires more than simply treating individual lines. The forehead muscles work together with the muscles surrounding the brows, so placement and dosing must be carefully balanced to prevent unwanted brow heaviness or an unnatural result.
