This patient came to The Garden Medical Spa concerned about visible sun damage, brown spots, uneven tone, and crepey texture across the backs of her hands. Because the hands are frequently exposed to UV damage—and are often overlooked in skincare—they can reveal signs of aging even when the face is carefully maintained.
