This multi-session rejuvenation case combines RF skin tightening with LipGlo™ to address both lower-face laxity and natural lip enhancement in a comprehensive, non-surgical treatment plan. The goal was not to dramatically change the patient’s features, but to create a firmer, smoother, more balanced appearance while preserving her natural facial anatomy. Radiofrequency skin tightening was performed over a series of sessions to support collagen remodeling and improve the appearance of laxity through the lower face, jawline, and surrounding skin. As collagen production develops gradually, the skin can appear tighter, more refined, and better supported over time. LipGlo™ was incorporated to enhance the lips using ResurFX laser technology rather than injectable filler. This treatment is designed to stimulate collagen within and around the lips, helping improve texture, definition, softness, and natural-looking fullness while maintaining the patient’s own lip shape. In the after image, the lower face appears more refined and supported, with visible improvement in overall contour and skin quality, while the lips appear smoother, more balanced, and subtly fuller. Because both treatments rely on collagen stimulation and remodeling, results can continue to evolve after each session and are typically best assessed as part of a progressive treatment series.
