This patient came to The Garden Medical Spa seeking treatment for persistent facial redness associated with rosacea. Her concerns included diffuse redness across the cheeks, nose, forehead, and chin, along with uneven tone and skin texture. Because rosacea is a chronic condition, her goal was not to “cure” it, but to reduce its visible appearance and create calmer, clearer, more balanced skin.

A customized SmoothGlo treatment was performed using IPL to target visible redness and vascular discoloration, followed by ResurFX to improve texture and support collagen renewal. In the after photo, there is a noticeable reduction in facial redness—particularly across the cheeks, forehead, and center of the face—along with a more even complexion and smoother overall appearance.
