This patient came to The Garden Medical Spa concerned with years of accumulated sun damage, uneven pigmentation, rough texture, and visible signs of aging. She wanted to brighten her complexion and improve the overall quality of her skin while maintaining a natural appearance.

After two customized SmoothGlo treatments, the skin appears noticeably clearer, smoother, and more radiant. IPL was used to target visible brown spots, redness, and discoloration, while ResurFX worked beneath the surface to stimulate collagen renewal and improve texture. The after photo shows a visible reduction in pigmentation across the cheek, a more even complexion, and smoother, firmer-looking skin throughout the lower face. There is also improved definition along the cheek and jawline without altering her natural facial features.

SmoothGlo combines two complementary laser technologies to address both surface-level discoloration and deeper structural aging.
