What Happens After Your Treatment?
Any laser treatment results in some minor redness, swelling, and skin sensitivity. It’s essential to avoid direct sun exposure and heat, such as steaming-hot showers. If you need to wash the area, pat it with a washcloth and gentle soap.
Your body removes pigment residues during the first few weeks after the treatment. You should begin seeing the tattoo lightening about 2 weeks after the treatment, with the fading becoming more noticeable after subsequent treatments.
