What Happens During a triLift Treatment?
Unlike other types of microneedling, the RF microneedling procedure is gentle and relaxing and does not require a numbing cream. The provider gently stamps the handpiece over the skin as the fine needles create microchannels and release RF energy into the skin.
The treatment begins with one of our aesthetic specialists applying glycerin gel to the face. The provider then moves the triLift handpiece over the lower face and jawline, creating rapid muscle contractions and delivering RF energy into the dermal layer of the skin. What Is Recovery Like?
Even though you don’t need downtime, the RF microneedling may make the skin pink and warm, similar to a mild sunburn for 24 to 48 hours. The skin may feel slightly rough for about 5 to 7 days as the microchannels heal.
